Introduction

Sewage Fine Filter Equipment

After the manure-waste undergoes primary mild solid-liquid separation, the dry-matter material (moisture content ≤76%) is fed between two tensioned upper and lower filter belts of the belt-type secondary squeeze dewatering system.Passing through a series of regularly-arranged press rollers, the material is subjected to squeezing and shearing forces generated by the inherent tension of the filter belts. Water is squeezed out from the material to achieve deep dewatering of manure waste, yielding dry matter with moisture content below 50%.

The whole process is controlled by multiple airbags and hydraulic units.Dewatering is accomplished entirely by physical filter-pressing without chemical reagent addition.

Featuring compact structure and high-level automation, this equipment adopts a PLC software control system to realize integrated, intelligent and continuous dewatering operations. It is the preferred secondary dewatering device for modern ranches that require high dryness of processed materials.
